Position Summary The Vice President of Artificial Intelligence for Professional Services will define and lead OpenText's PS AI strategy by driving innovation through product and service offerings for OT's portfolio and clients. Reporting to the Global Senior Vice President of Professional Services and serving as an integral member of the senior leadership team, the position will be responsible for creating the AI Professional Services portfolio and offerings leveraging OpenText's Aviator platform. This AI Practice and Center of Excellence will build out our AI offerings around Industry Use Cases in coordination with our top customers to solve real vertical problems specific to those initial clients. The Vice President of AI Professional Services will be a hands-on leader working directly with the Professional Services team, OpenText product teams, OpenText Senior Leadership Team, OpenText Marketing and our customers. The leader will provide a level of velocity around AI offerings so OpenText can quickly get market feedback on what can gain traction quickly. This means a deep understanding of AI, AI methodologies and emerging AI technologies to pivot and direct teams to tack to business outcomes resulting in pipeline, bookings and revenue generation for the larger OpenText Professional Services portfolio of service offerings.   • Technical Experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies.
  • Experience with and passion for creating AI solutions and offerings that are customer and market tested for relevance and adoption.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with a global team.
  • Experience managing AI products, programs and teams:
  • Understanding of AI market, AI emerging technologies, AI trends and customer use cases that result in specific and measurable business outcomes.
  • Adopts a long-term perspective about the transformation of the PS offerings around AI and how AI can be additive to the overall OT portfolio.
  • Translates business goals into well-defined performance plans for his/her own organization and communicates link between current activities and goals.
  • Thinks beyond annual goals.
  • Invites and uses the opinions and perspectives of others.
  • Engages people in a dialogue to gain commitment and bring them "on board," linking their perspective to the intent.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the creation and delivery of AI Offerings.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to embed AI capabilities into new offerings based on industry use cases.
  • Build an AI roadmap with Product and Engineering.
  • Engage with potential AI partners to bring a more robust offering more quickly.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and PS to monetize AI-driven offerings and build new consumption models.
  • Establish KPI's around adoption, bookings, revenue and customer impact.
  • Build and scale global PS AI team.
  • Forecast and take responsibility for AI PS portfolio targets.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to the ELT as our AI PS Leader.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and measurable business impact of the AI portfolio.
