About The Position

Develop and execute aftermarket business strategies aligned with North America goals. Lead sales, product management, marketing, business development, engineering, and remanufacturing teams. Drive new product introductions, expand customer and channel relationships, and improve customer satisfaction. Build business cases for partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions to achieve growth targets. Oversee financial performance, reporting, and process improvements across supporting functions (finance, customer service, purchasing, quality, distribution). Implement digital strategies for order management and online presence. Ensure world-class customer service and 95% on-time delivery. Aggressively pursue growth with e-mobility products for example - power protection, conversion and distribution products. Represent the company at industry events and with media partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in the automotive industry
  • Previous experience in the aftermarket business including commercial vehicles and/or other segments such as light vehicles, off-road and specialty vehicles for mining, construction, fueling etc.
  • Experience managing integrated teams in a matrix environment
  • Deep understanding of NAFTA aftermarkets, including channels, competitors, and key customers
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, competitive, and changing environments

  • Entrepreneurial: Drives innovation and growth, comfortable with risk-taking
  • Collaborative: Builds positive relationships and leverages influence across functions
