Oversee financial performance, reporting, and process improvements across supporting functions (finance, customer service, purchasing, quality, distribution). Implement digital strategies for order management and online presence. Ensure world-class customer service and 95% on-time delivery. Aggressively pursue growth with e-mobility products for example - power protection, conversion and distribution products. Represent the company at industry events and with media partners.
