Vice President, Advancement Operations

Christ The King Jesuit College Preparatory SchoolChicago, IL
$115,000 - $145,000

About The Position

Christ the King Jesuit College Prep (CTK) is a Catholic, co-educational high school located on Chicago’s West Side. Grounded in the Jesuit tradition of educating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit — CTK prepares students of limited economic means for college success and lives of faith, purpose, and service. A member of the Cristo Rey Network, CTK is one of the most sought-after private high schools for families in the Austin community on Chicago's West Side, with 100% of its graduating seniors accepted into a 4-year college or university. This success has contributed to sustained enrollment growth since the school’s founding in 2008. Through its innovative Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP), students earn a significant portion of the cost of their education through paid part-time employment with corporate and nonprofit partners, fostering both financial sustainability and real-world professional development. Recent shifts in the post-pandemic business environment have reduced the capacity of many loyal CWSP partners to fund student job placements at historical levels, requiring a more diversified and robust advancement strategy to sustain student access and growth. CTK is now strategically expanding its philanthropic and advancement initiatives to ensure that every student who seeks a CTK education can access one. The Vice President, Advancement Operations will help define, lead, and execute the school’s next chapter of impact. The Vice President, Advancement Operations is a newly created senior leadership role designed for an experienced advancement professional who is equally energized by revenue generation strategy, systems, and execution.
