About The Position

Minimum CRNA experience of 3 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 21 Physicians and 52 APPs. This well-respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and provides a full range of anesthesia services for adults and children including general, regional, cardiac, and obstetrical . The Vice Chief CRNA duties will include but are not limited to: Scheduling Staff development Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events Liaison with hospital leaders Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital Participate in leadership and development activities Assist Chief CRNA with performance reviews Orientation and onboarding of new hires Highlights of this opportunity include: Newly Increased Compensation $75K Start Date Bonus with 3-year commitment Vice Chief Stipend Annual Retention Bonus Relocation Bonus Generous PTO Annual CME Allowance ACT: 21 Physicians and 52 APPs 600 bed hospital Case Mix: everything except trauma and transplants Shared staffing with AdventHealth Wesley Chapel and AdventHealth Carrollwood Flexible scheduling, various schedule options available 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 24-hour shifts Minimal beeper call from home, 30-minute call back, call shared evenly OT opportunities available if desired Envision offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, CME allowance, medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, life insurance, 401(K) with employer contribution and 100% paid malpractice with tail coverage.
