Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician
  • Strong technical skills, including:
  • Phlebotomy & IV catheter placement
  • Confident animal restraint and handling
  • Radiology & in-house lab diagnostics
  • Dentistry
  • Surgical preparation & assistance
  • Anesthetic monitoring & recovery
  • Compassionate patient nursing care
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
  • Commitment to providing a great experience for both patients and clients
  • Critical thinking, curiosity, and a can-do attitude
  • Reliability and professionalism in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

  • Assisting doctors with appointments, treatments, and procedures
  • Performing phlebotomy and IV catheter placement
  • Conducting radiology and in-house lab work
  • Supporting dentistry procedures and dental radiographs
  • Preparing for surgery and assisting with procedures (soft tissue and orthopedic)
  • Monitoring patients under anesthesia and during recovery
  • Providing exceptional nursing care, patient comfort, and client communication
