About The Position

Heritage Veterinary Hospital is looking for an innovative, passionate, and easygoing full-time Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team in a hybrid Medical/Client Services Role. Licensing and experience are preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate must be outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. We are an AAHA-accredited practice and pride ourselves on excellent care and thorough communication with clients. We have a passionate, well-educated, and fun-loving team. Requirements

Must be outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Responsibilities

Safe and effective patient handling and restraint
Knowledge of preventative care and vaccines
Experience in monitoring anesthesia
Emergency and surgical care - including IV catheter placement
Obtaining diagnostics - including radiographs, phlebotomy, and sample collection, and performing in-house lab work
Professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff
Succinct documentation of patient records and client interactions
Willing and able to assist in a Client Service role
