About The Position
BluePearl Pet Hospital in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor. This role requires a passionate individual with the ability to motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals. The ideal candidate will consistently lead by example, be a passionate and patient coach and mentor to their teammates, and enjoy working collaboratively to provide excellent patient care. Requirements
- Passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.

- Advanced veterinary skills.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Possess unrestricted, current authorization to work in the U.S. and not require future sponsorship for an employment-based green card.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
- Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
- Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
- Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
- Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
- Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
- Other related duties as assigned.
