Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program.
  • Eligibility is for 1-4th years
  • Strong interest in clinical practice, surgery, or specialty veterinary fields.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in diagnosing and treating a variety of animal species.
  • Observe and participate in medical procedures, surgeries, and dental cleanings.
  • Conduct laboratory tests, radiology, and other diagnostic tasks.
  • Practice effective communication skills with pet owners and clients.
  • Work closely with the veterinary team to understand the daily operations of a busy clinic or hospital.
