About The Position
West Lake Animal Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! Position Details Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Thursday; 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Love helping people and their pets? Requirements
- The applicant must have excellent customer service skills.
- Candidates must be able to work efficiently, independently or on a team, while consistently demonstrating compassion and empathy for pets and their owners.
- The ability to multi-task and keep calm during stressful situations is a must.
- Having basic knowledge about animal health, well-being, routine procedures is a must.
- Proficiency in typing at least 45 wpm
- Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel
- Experience with handling all forms of payment options (cash, credit cards)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Cornerstone software is very helpful
