Hazel Ridge Veterinary Clinic is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! Position Details Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: $19–$22 per hour Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am- 6pm Hazel Ridge Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist. Our customer service representatives are highly valued for their role in our daily operations. We are a small, friendly clinic emphasizing patient and client care. Our team enjoys scheduling that supports a proper work-life balance with 5-day work weeks (or part-time at 3 or 4 days), no night shifts, no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call or after-hour emergencies. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently for doctors, grooming, boarding, and daycare. Create invoices, process payments, explain charges, and handle estimates accurately. Maintain accurate client and patient records and ensure confidentiality. Manage check-ins/check-outs, relay messages, coordinate patient flow, and maintain a clean reception area.
