About The Position

Aptos-Capitola Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist for a full-time position. We have an opening for a new member to join our dynamic team dedicated to providing the highest standard of patient care with professional and friendly client service. We are a 3 Doctor, progressive, well-equipped veterinary hospital. We are in a shiny new location in the Rancho Del Mar Shopping Center in Aptos. Idyllically located just blocks from the Monterey Bay with world-class natural beauty and recreation balanced with cultural richness and quality of living. We are a paperless office and have won 2 awards for our environmentally friendly business. Our vibrant support team is experienced and cohesive allowing DVMs to focus on providing the best client communication and quality care. Applicant must be adept at using computer-based record keeping, scheduling, emailing, etc. Applicant must be friendly, professional and provide exquisite attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Must be motivated to help the business grow by easily connecting with a diverse clientele and maintaining the hospitals excellent client service reputation. We look forward to meeting you! Must be willing to work at least 2 Saturdays a month. Work week is 4 – 10hr shifts

Requirements

Applicant must be adept at using computer-based record keeping, scheduling, emailing, etc.
Applicant must be friendly, professional and provide exquisite attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Must be motivated to help the business grow by easily connecting with a diverse clientele and maintaining the hospitals excellent client service reputation.
Must be willing to work at least 2 Saturdays a month.
