About The Position

Santa Fe Animal Clinic is looking for an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join their team. They are a busy, team-oriented hospital focused on providing excellent care to patients and exceptional service to clients. Requirements

Experience as a receptionist required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience as a veterinary assistant preferred
Previous veterinary reception or CSR experience preferred
Experience with Avimark PIMS is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients in a friendly, professional manner
Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
Manage medical records and client communication
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Support the veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations
