About The Position

As an Experienced Veterinary Receptionist, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary practice. Your core skills in veterinary experience and animal handling will enable you to assist clients effectively and ensure the well-being of their pets. Additionally, your premium skills in medical collection and knowledge of veterinary terminology will help our team provide high-quality care. Requirements

  • Customer service savvy with a happy attitude
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a veterinary practice
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Proficiency with practice management software platform(s)
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a day off during the week

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and their pets with exceptional customer service.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Handle animals with care, ensuring their comfort and safety during visits.
  • Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with the veterinary team.
  • Assist in basic animal care tasks, including restraint and examination preparation.
  • Support medical collection processes as needed, ensuring compliance with policies.
