Veterinary Receptionist – Veterinary Specialty Hospital, North County
San Marcos, CA
Earn $20.50–$23.50/hr with double-time pay on Ethos Observed Holidays. Full-time schedules available. Join a compassionate, fast-paced veterinary team supporting pet families during urgent and emotional moments.
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you’ll be a trusted guide for pet families during stressful and emotional moments. You’ll work closely with doctors and technicians to ensure clear communication, smooth patient flow, and an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of veterinary experience (GP, ER, or specialty required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and check in patients
• Manage high-volume phone calls and client updates
• Support estimates, check-outs, and financial transactions
• Communicate compassionately during urgent situations
• Partner with technicians and doctors to maintain workflow
