About The Position

Seeking reception Superstars. 2 positions available! Full-time and Part-time available We are currently seeking 2 organized and efficient Receptionists to join our team at Brunswick Central Vet Clinic. Brunswick Central Veterinary Clinic is a busy and energetic clinic in one of the most vibrant and cultural areas of Melbourne. Our loyal clients are happy to spare no expense in looking after their pets, and we have built great relationships with them over the years. Our team is experiencing a bit of movement with some of our long-term staff moving from Melbourne to chase other dreams, so now is your chance to be a part of this amazing dynamic clinic with a gold standard focus. Requirements

• A polite, efficient, calm, and resilient nature
• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• The ability to work well both in a team and autonomously
• A willingness to learn and inform our clients about animal health products

Nice To Haves

• Veterinary background knowledge is highly desirable. eg. Flea/worming knowledge, vaccination schedules, basic triage
• Exposure to or experience using Ezyvet software would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Managing up to five incoming telephone lines as well as serving in-clinic clients
• Diary management/ scheduling appointments using Ezyvet software
• Taking payments and balancing the till at the end of the day
• Product sales and client education
• Confidential client data entry
• Ensuring front of house is always clean and presentable
