North Griffin Animal Hospital is a family-owned small animal practice in Griffin, Georgia, located 30 minutes south of Atlanta. The team has nearly 30 years of experience in veterinary medicine, providing preventative and wellness care, surgery (including spays, neuters, oral, and soft tissue surgery), urgent care, and dentistry. They also offer the latest medicine, such as blood work, radiology, EKGs, and disease testing. Responsibilities

Maintain the visual appeal or the hospital reception area
Greet and welcome clients and patients
Answer questions and triage client concerns
Answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution
Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow
Check in and check out clients and process payments
Offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients
