About The Position

PetVet Animal Hospital is Hiring a Client Service Representative! Position Details: Role: Client Service Representative Status: Full-time Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, compassionate environment? PetVet Animal Hospital is looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team! As the first face our clients see, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for exceptional care and service. Position Overview: The CSR is the first point of contact for clients—in person, by phone, and through correspondence. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a busy veterinary setting. Requirements

Strong multitasking and organizational ability
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service or animal-related fields preferred
Basic animal handling comfort is a plus
Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally
Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communication
Educate clients about our services and basic pet care
Maintain accurate client and patient records in our veterinary software
Process invoices, collect payments, and handle financial transactions
Support patient check-ins and check-outs, review consent forms
Assist with retail product sales and restocking
Perform clerical duties such as faxing, mailing, filing, and ordering supplies
Clean and maintain the front desk and lobby areas
Assist with light animal handling (e.g., weighing pets)
Collaborate with fellow team members and support hospital operations
