About The Position

Jacksonville Community Pet Clinic is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! We are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate individual to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service role (veterinary experience preferred)
• Proficiency with computers and office management systems
• Passion for animal care and client service
• Evening and alternating Saturday shifts required

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage client communications
• Answer phone calls, texts and emails, addressing client questions and concerns
• Process payments, update client records, and maintain a welcoming reception area
• Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure smooth clinic operations
