About The Position
Clementon Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join their welcoming and professional front desk team. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, with rotating evening and Saturday shifts required. Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
