About The Position

Wauwatosa Veterinary Clinic is Hiring a Client Care Representative / Kennel Assistant! If you love providing excellent customer service and want to develop your skills working with animals, we are looking for a dynamic, hardworking individual to join our team! This is a full-time position in a hybrid role where you would be cross-trained to work at the front desk providing Client Care and also assisting the team with hospital cleaning, restocking and other operations support. Strong ability to multi-task and a willingness to help the team and our patients wherever needed is required. Prior animal handling and customer service experience are a plus! Duties include, answering phones, checking out Clients, cash handling, scheduling appointments, restocking rooms, cleaning kennels & other areas of the clinic as needed. Strong computer and phone skills are essential. In addition to our conventional veterinary services, we also offer Diagnostic Ultrasound, Echocardiograms, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Physical Rehabilitation, Therapeutic Laser and Massage. The Wauwatosa Veterinary Clinic’s mission is to promote happiness through healthy pets and we achieve this by offering a wide spectrum of conventional and integrative health care options and using a Fear Free/Low-Stress Handling approach. Candidates must be available to work at least 2 evenings until 6:30 pm and up to 2 Saturday mornings per month.
