About The Position
Veterinary Emergency Center of Redlands, part of Veterinary Innovative Partners (VIP), is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Internal Medicine Specialist to join our collaborative specialty and emergency team. Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Board-Certified (DACVIM) or Residency-Trained in Internal Medicine
- Active California veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to medicine
Responsibilities
- Managing a wide range of internal medicine cases, including gastrointestinal, endocrine, immune-mediated, infectious, respiratory, and hematologic conditions
- Performing and interpreting advanced diagnostics
- Developing individualized treatment plans with clear, compassionate client communication
- Collaborating with ER clinicians and hospital teams to support continuity of care
- Serving as a clinical resource and mentor for veterinarians and support staff
