Veterinary Customer Service Representative – Patient Care Focused Practice We are seeking a friendly, organized Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our busy, multi-doctor veterinary practice. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while helping ensure our patients receive exceptional care.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable handling sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Veterinary or medical reception experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage multiple doctor schedules
  • Check patients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate clearly with veterinary technicians and doctors to support patient care
  • Provide clients with information about services, medications, and follow-up care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compassionate front desk environment
