Hosts serve as the first point of contact, working closely with both the veterinary team and clients to ensure a phenomenal experience. The role involves facilitating member appointments, utilizing technology, acting as a liaison between the in-clinic team and clients, ensuring clinic cleanliness, and actively participating in local marketing efforts to drive regional membership growth. Hosts are also expected to be Modern Animal brand ambassadors, effectively communicating the brand and offering to potential members and partners, and identifying local marketing opportunities. The position emphasizes living and modeling the Modern Animal cultural vision, which includes encouraging work/life balance, self-compassion, and a blame- and judgment-free work environment.
