Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service role experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Proficient in computer systems and scheduling software
- Passion for animals and dedication to client care
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage client communications
- Handle phone inquiries and triage basic questions
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
