Garden State Veterinary Services is excited to announce we are hiring Veterinary Client Services - Front Desk to support our busy hospital. The Veterinary Client Services - Front Desk is one of the most important positions in our emergency/specialty practice as you are on the front lines, there to greet each client who walks in the door, setting the stage for a positive client experience. Our CSRs are ambassadors of GSVS and will be responsible for checking clients in and out of the hospital, booking appointments, taking payments, and fielding busy phone lines. This position requires experience in a fast-paced customer facing role, and while veterinary experience is preferred, we would happily train and invest in the right candidate. About GSVS: We are a multispecialty practice with boarded specialists in cardiology, internal medicine, surgery, radiology, and critical care. Our clients and patients also have access to ophthalmology, oncology, radiation oncology, neurology, dermatology, and radioactive iodine treatment via our affiliated practice in Eatontown, NJ.
