About The Position

The University of Florida Veterinary Hospital at the World Equestrian Center (WEC), provides Small Animal primary care and urgent care services and Equine sports medicine, rehabilitation, and diagnostic imaging services. The part-time Client Service Representative (CSR) will primarily work at the small animal front desk. The CSR is responsible for coordinating daily activity of patients, directing communications with clients during their visit, answering phones, and processing payments. Why work for UF? Requirements

  • High school diploma and two years of relevant experience.
  • Appropriate college course work or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, bend, kneel, pull, push, twist and stand for an extended period of time.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in a Client Service position in a relevant field
