Responsibilities

• Greeting pets and their humans like the VIPs they are
• Scheduling appointments + handling calls without breaking a sweat
• Keeping the clinic organized and running smoothly
• Helping pet parents with questions, concerns, and the occasional “my dog ate WHAT?” moment
• Providing calm vibes to nervous pups (and sometimes their people)
