We are seeking a Client Service Representative who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to remain calm during emotional and stressful situations, as well as the ability to handle patients on a leash or in a carrier. Experience with EzyVet and Smartflow are an additional plus but not required. In this role, you will also be filling medications for our clients.
