Small Animal Veterinary Emergency & Specialty (SAVES) in Lebanon, NH is growing — and we’re hiring a Client Care Specialist to join our high-energy, compassionate team. The role — what you’ll do You’ll run our front desk with warmth, clarity, and professionalism while following SAVES procedures and keeping operations humming.

Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on SAVES services, products, and workflows.
  • Accurately prepare, review, and maintain medical records and documents.
  • Handle appointments, admissions, discharges, follow-ups, payments, and financing options.
  • Keep client/pet records updated and compliant with Ethos and legal standards.
  • Recognize cases that fall outside protocol and promptly escalate for guidance.
