We’re hiring a Charge Technician for our Emergency & Critical Care team — someone who can keep hospital flow smooth, patients safe, doctors supported, and teammates confident. What You’ll Do Direct ER/ICU workflow and staffing in real time Support DVMs to ensure accurate records, estimates, and discharges Coach, mentor, and advocate for technicians and assistants Troubleshoot problems before they become disasters Keep communication flowing between ER, ICU, front desk, and specialty teams Make sure patients (and people) don’t fall through the cracks Schedule Full-time. Days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
