Red Bank Veterinary Hospital (RBVH) proudly opened its new, state-of-the-art facility in May 2024—an expansive, 100,000+ square foot space nearly twice the size of our original Tinton Falls location. This milestone marks the continuation of over 40 years of dedicated service to our community. Equipped with advanced diagnostics like MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, and a PET scanner, the hospital features 52 exam rooms, 12 surgical suites, a dedicated emergency department, and expanded training spaces. Thoughtful amenities—including feline-only waiting areas, a rehab unit, comfort rooms, and a serene zen garden—reflect our commitment to exceptional care for pets and their families. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Cardiology Technician to join our cardiology team. You will assist veterinarians with exams and procedures, handle lab work and medications, manage client interactions, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, familiar with canine and feline care, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Cardiology Technician is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care and supporting veterinary medical teams. Responsibilities include assisting with patient needs such as hygiene, nutrition, comfort, and physical therapy, as well as performing treatments and documenting observations accurately. Proficient in patient restraint, test setup, nursing care, triage, and discharge procedures. Experienced in transporting patients, preparing and sterilizing surgical instruments, conducting basic in-house laboratory tests, and maintaining laboratory and surgical areas. Strong communicator, collaborating with doctors and technicians to ensure high-quality patient care, following hospital protocols, and delivering exceptional client support.
