Little Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Assistant! Position Details Role: Veterinary Assistant Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: Four-day workweeks, rotating Saturdays Little Animal Hospital is seeking a veterinary assistant to join our busy 2-doctor practice. We have all the advantages of an established, well-managed practice, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Experience in the veterinary field is necessary. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are up to the challenge. We offer 4-day work weeks and do not work nights, weekends, or major holidays. • Experience in the veterinary field is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Feeding and providing water to animals
• Bathing animals
• Sterilizing equipment and regularly cleaning examination rooms
• Handling animals during examinations, treatments, and vaccinations
• Recording relevant information about animals, including weight and types of medication
