Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year veterinary experience required.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and basic computer applications.
  • Ability and willingness to learn, grow, and follow established protocols and directions.
  • Dependable, reliable, and accountable with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm and professions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for an 8–9-hour shift (long periods of time).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

  • Answering and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Scheduling, canceling, and rebooking appointments accurately.
  • Providing thorough and courteous client and patient communication
  • Responding to client questions and, when necessary, seeking appropriate assistance to ensure accurate information is provided.
  • Managing a high volume of appointments and phone calls while maintaining consistent customer service standards.
  • Performing daily task with high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Accurately documenting client communications as required.
