Patient Care: Safely restrain pets, monitor vital signs, collect samples, and ensure comfort pre- and post-treatment. Clinical Procedures: Administer medications and vaccines, place IV catheters, draw blood, run diagnostics (fecals, radiographs, labwork), and assist in surgical prep and recovery. Client Communication: Educate clients on at-home care, medications, nutrition, and wellness. Be a reassuring, informed voice throughout the pet's care. Records & Organization: Maintain accurate medical records, manage inventory, keep exam rooms and surgical suites clean and organized. Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and front desk staff to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care. ✅ What We’re Looking For Experience: 1+ years as a Veterinary Assistant or Technician preferred. Veterinary Technician degree or assistant program background is a plus. Skills: Strong knowledge of animal restraint, veterinary terminology, and clinical procedures. Experience with exotics is a bonus. Communication: Clear, kind, and confident communicator—both with clients and teammates. Requirements

  • 1+ years as a Veterinary Assistant or Technician preferred.
