Why You’ll Be a Great Fit: 2+ years of experience working as a veterinary assistant or in a related role, with a strong understanding of veterinary processes Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond for patients and teammates A proactive, adaptable attitude with the ability to assist in various aspects of clinic operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and positive client interactions Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a growth mindset that aligns with our culture of curiosity Compassionate approach that ensures pets receive high-quality care and clients feel informed and at ease The pay range for this position is: VA: $20.90-22.50 or LVT: $27.00-29.50 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and equity grant units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
