We are looking for a Veterinary Assistant / Customer Service Representative who is confident supporting both the front desk and the exam and treatment areas, bringing compassion, organization, and teamwork to every part of the day. Responsibilities

  • Assisting doctors and technicians in exam rooms and treatment areas.
  • Safely restraining patients during exams and procedures.
  • Supporting laboratory testing, including blood, fecal, and urine samples.
  • Administering medications as directed.
  • Preparing patients for procedures and supporting surgery workflow as needed.
  • Monitoring patients and reporting changes to the medical team.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing exam rooms, kennels, and equipment to maintain a safe, efficient hospital.
  • Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily hospital flow.
  • Communicating clearly with pet owners about care plans, next steps, and estimates.
  • Processing payments and helping clients navigate services and recommendations.
  • Keeping medical records accurate and well organized in our software system.
