Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR a combination of education and experience, required.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas driver’s license, and evidence of auto liability insurance.
  • Ability to travel within a 100-mile radius of Wichita Falls.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with local labor market and veteran employment resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with military-affiliated populations (veterans, spouses, transitioning service members), preferred.
  • Experience in job development, business networking, and case management, preferred.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a starting hourly rate of $20, based on minimum job requirements. Pay is determined by relevant experience, work history, education and internal equities.
