Cooks foodstuffs in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served. Bakes breads and pastry. Cuts meat. Plans menu taking advantage of foods in season and local availability. Serves meals. Orders supplies and keeps records and accounts. Directs activities of one or more workers who assist in preparing and serving meals. Maintains a clean working environment. Responsible for cleaning kitchen and all dishes daily. Performs other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.
