About The Position

In the Best Buy Business - Vertical Service Project Management role, you will coordinate logistics and vendors to ensure timely site readiness and installation, manage site challenges, provide immediate support to agents and partners, and oversee scheduling and compliance. What you'll do Manage and resolve site challenges, including site readiness delays, damaged products, and change orders In-the-moment agent support (scheduling, call support, filling out paperwork, site survey, technical) In-the-moment cross-functional partner support (DAT, IT, franchisees, corp) Single point of contact for scheduling and product SME on local laws and regulations, permitting requirements Ensures appropriate licensing criteria met Ensures agents have required tools Orders project product and applicable consumables on-time and ensures arrival Accountable to core part returns through agent validation Rescheduling agents when site is not ready, and rescheduling the job Coordinate and schedule orders in system of record Manage deployment schedule Management of overlapping SLAs related to triage of issues

Requirements

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years' Services, Merchant, Retail or related experience
  • 3+ years management or leadership experience (e.g., leading a team or project)
  • 3+ years' project management experience
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and facilitation)

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years' progressive Services, Merchant, Retail or related experience
  • 3+ years' retail management experience preferred
  • 3+ years' financial management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business or related field
  • Experience in a large global consumer-oriented business in the retail industry and/or multi-channel/multi-brand business
