Stellar Solutions is seeking a V&V Engineer to develop verification artifacts, support interface and requirements management, and collaborate across teams to ensure end-to-end technical integrity and readiness for next-generation space capabilities. Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications In this role, you will sustain technical baseline discipline, coordinate change control, and support enterprise-level integrations across stakeholders to deliver mission-ready ground capabilities. You will apply requirements management best practices and collaborate to ensure consistent execution across the program.
Requirements
- 5+ years in systems engineering or integration.
- Experience in requirements and interface management.
- Experience performing systems engineering for satellite systems.
- Experience supporting configuration control boards and technical forums.
- Proficiency with DOORS, Cameo, or Jama; familiarity with Confluence and Jira.
- Knowledge of the V&V lifecycle; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field.
- U.S. Citizen.
- Secret security clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in OPIR, defense weather, or tactical ISR; satellite subsystems; leading SEIT; MBSE and digital engineering.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cognizance over the technical baseline and support baseline documentation processes.
- Prepare for and participate in configuration control boards and related forums.
- Support requirements decomposition, traceability, and change impact assessment.
- Coordinate with leadership to scope future actions and evolving requirements.
- Support enterprise integrations (for example, relay ground station site engineering and C2).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce processes and consistent execution.
