Venues Experience Specialist (Temp/Seasonal)
About The Position
A Venues Experience Specialist (VES) is a key member of the Guest Experience Division at Orlando Venues, supporting KIA Center, Camping World Stadium, and Mennello Museum. This role ensures a legendary experience for both guests and employees by facilitating venue entry, providing information, and delivering exceptional service. VES team members assist with ticket scanning, troubleshooting, seating management, and accessibility needs while addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and courtesy. They also contribute to the employee experience by supporting communication and training and fostering a positive team culture. With a safety-first mindset, VES team members monitor and report safety concerns, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the physical ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors. Venues Experience Specialists play a vital role in maintaining Orlando Venues' reputation for excellence in service, safety, and operational success.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with six (6) months of work experience preferred or a combination of education, training, and experience.
- Candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Applicants must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
Nice To Haves
- A Florida driver’s license is preferred
- CPR certification, along with a first aid card, is desirable.
- The ability to speak a language other than English is a plus.
