As the Venue Leader at our flagship Batbox location in Addison, Texas you’re the driving force behind every incredible moment our guests experience and every milestone our team achieves. Requirements
- You have 3-5 years experience as a Venue Manager in high-energy establishments, effortlessly managing financials, team dynamics, and guest experiences.
- Calm under pressure, you create a positive environment while fostering team morale and delivering clear, effective communication.
- Your solution-focused mindset drives continuous improvement, and your expertise in food, beverage, and entertainment operations ensures every detail is on point.
- With TABC and food handler certifications in hand, you're ready to lead with excellence and grow your career to new heights.
