Requirements

  • Active NMLS license (required)
  • Originators and Sales Leaders
  • Ability to self-source or manage referral-based business
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth

Responsibilities

  • Originate residential and non-owner-occupied mortgage loans
  • Build and manage your own pipeline and referral relationships
  • Guide borrowers from application through closing
  • Work closely with in-house processing and compliance teams
  • Grow consistent monthly production while maintaining service quality
