About The Position

Reports to the Head of Innovation and leads the incubation process within the venture studio, ensuring disciplined execution of venture-building activities from ideation through MVP launch. Owns the incubation operating system (e.g., pipeline tracking, milestone management, resource allocation). Coordinates the incubation cadence by supporting venture teams, managing processes, and crafting pitch-ready narratives and artifacts that inspire and accelerate new venture concepts, as well as overseeing dedicated analysts and venture associates.

Requirements

10 or more years’ experience managing teams in a partnerships, strategy, fintech, or innovation
Bachelors Degree

Proven track record in venture building, incubation, or early-stage innovation leadership.
Strong strategic instincts and ability to balance speed with risk management.
Excellent collaborative and communication / coaching skills
High-degree of impact orientation with a bias to unlock impact delivery and balance it with driving superior experience and risk management

Responsibilities

Jointly drives (along with the Head of Innovation) the innovation sprint process and action tracking for ventures in the pipeline
Challenges and coaches Venture Leads on business model validation, impact potential, and timeline adherence.
Ensures flawless and timely preparation of all materials for investment reviews, advisory boards, Steering Committee, updates to the CEO/ELT meeting
Establishes the relevant performance / process management cadence, incl. the right tool / templates to be used by teams; coaches sprint teams on the tools / templates and innovation sprint process to be adopted
Has a thorough understanding of the venture pipeline and potential roadblocks that would need to be de-bottlenecked / escalated
Builds bridges across internal and external networks to secure expertise, partnerships, and resources for ventures.
Manages a team of 2-4 analysts/venture associate who are dedicated to incubation; responsible for their work output
