About The Position

Endeavor’s People and Transformation team sits at the heart of how we grow, develop, and support our global organization. From our headquarters team of ~80 to nearly 500 colleagues across 50+ markets, we focus on building the capabilities that allow Endeavor to better serve high-impact entrepreneurs around the world. We’re looking for a creative, curious, and detail-oriented intern to take ownership of a high-visibility project: revamping Endeavor’s global Venture Capital course used by staff worldwide. This is not a shadowing role as you’ll actively edit, reorganize, and modernize a real learning product that helps our teams better understand venture capital and the startup ecosystem. In this role, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across departments and regions, work hands-on with our learning platform, and translate complex VC concepts into clear, engaging content. By the end of the internship, you’ll have delivered a polished, globally deployed course creating a tangible output with lasting impact on ~500 Endeavor team members worldwide. This internship is ideal for someone excited by venture capital, learning and development, and building things that scale globally, while gaining real responsibility and visibility inside a mission-driven organization. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of People & Transformation.
