About The Position

POSITION OVERVIEW The Business Transformation Intern will actively support ongoing transformation initiatives by assisting with project planning, data analysis, and process improvement activities. This role offers hands-on experience with Magna’s tools and methodologies, providing opportunities to contribute to key projects and develop both professional and technical skills in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Some related experience preferred, especially in project management or business transformation
• Technical understanding of business systems, process mapping, and improvement methodologies
• Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Currently attending a college or university; high school diploma required

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the automotive industry and its core processes is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Support business transformation projects by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and tracking progress on key initiatives.
• Assist in mapping and improving business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, action items, and project milestones.
• Participate in meetings, take notes, and help coordinate follow-up actions.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and communication materials for stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the transformation team’s objectives.
