The company is seeking a Veneer Panel Specialist who views architectural millwork as an art, understanding the grain, sequence, and finished masterpiece in wood. Requirements

• Significant experience in veneer prep and layup within an architectural millwork setting.
• Hands-on experience with Veneer Guillotines and Splicers.
• Committed to a "continuous improvement" environment. You don't just do the job; you find ways to do it better.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw veneer into stunning faces using a guillotine and splicer.
• Read complex architectural drawings and cutlists to ensure every grain match and cut (Plain Sliced, Quartered, Rift) is flawless.
• Work with a massive variety of species, identifying the unique characteristics of each.
• Work alongside a team of elite makers in a Lean manufacturing environment focused on flow and quality.
