We provide: Competitive compensation and benefits Work-life flexibility Recognition and rewards Development and career opportunities A safe and inclusive workplace Why You Will Love this Job SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES Managed Service Provider (MSP) Governance & Accountability Act as the primary owner and single point of accountability for MSP relationships Ensure delivery aligns with MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs Translate contractual terms into measurable performance outcomes Establish and lead governance cadences (operational, monthly, and quarterly reviews) Drive performance reviews and corrective action plans using data-driven insights Vendor Strategy & Portfolio Management Develop and execute an IT vendor management strategy aligned to business and IT goals Maintain and optimize a structured vendor portfolio (renewals, terminations, consolidation) Partner with procurement on vendor selection, onboarding, and contract lifecycle management Balance collaborative vendor relationships with firm, contract-based accountability Service Performance, SLA & Contract Management Define, track, and enforce service performance metrics tied to contracts Validate vendor SLA and KPI reporting for accuracy and relevance Identify service breaches and systemic issues; lead root-cause analysis and remediation Ensure service credits, penalties, and escalations are applied per contract terms Financial, P&L & Commercial Management Manage IT vendor financials, including OpEx, forecasting, cost allocation, and variance analysis Partner with Finance to ensure vendor spend aligns with budget and financial targets Lead or support contract negotiations and renewals Validate invoices against contracted rates, volumes, and delivered outcomes Provide transparency into run-rate spend, forecasts, and financial risk Identify cost optimization opportunities without increasing delivery or operational risk Staff Augmentation & Resource-Based Services Oversight Govern vendors providing staff augmentation and time-and-materials services Validate resource utilization, role alignment, rate cards, and deliverables Apply consistent performance, accountability, and financial controls across all resource models Partner with IT leaders to assess scalability and cost-effectiveness of staff augmentation vs. managed services Data, Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain advanced reporting using Excel and Power BI Build dashboards for SLA, KPI, vendor performance, and financial metrics Integrate data from service management, contract, and financial systems Translate complex data into actionable insights for technical, financial, and executive audiences Risk, Compliance & Control Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks (cybersecurity, compliance, operational resilience Ensure vendor adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements Partner with audit, risk, and security teams on audits and remediation Ensure vendor services align with enterprise standards for incident, problem, change, and continuity management Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management Produce executive-ready reporting on vendor performance, financials, risks, and corrective actions Communicate contractual positions, service risks, and financial impacts to senior IT and business leaders EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance or a related field Master’s degree is preferred Experience 10+ years of experience in IT vendor management, service delivery management, procurement or IT operations Demonstrated experience with: Reading, interpreting and enforcing IT contracts and SLAs Managing managed service providers and staff augmentation models Building business cases, preparing risk assessments, variance analysis IT financial management and P&L concepts Advanced use of Excel, SAP and PowerBI for vendor, service and financial reporting The Salary range for this position is $129,150.00-$165,000.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
