This is a hybrid role in Raleigh, NC with the expectation that work time will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. Three days a week in office. The Vendor Program Specialist assists in the coordination, execution, and administration of Bank programs and their affiliated projects. Participates in aspects of assigned effort life cycle including planning, scope definition, design, and delivery of business solutions. Recommends solutions and strategies that meet business needs while maximizing results and operational efficiency. Tracks and reports progress against milestones. Analyzes data to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and recommends improvements to enhance processes. Collaborates across the Bank to achieve project goals.
