The Vendor Outreach Specialist - WNC position performs inquiries directed towards our clients’ vendors and the vendors’ responses. When the response includes a statement, it is forwarded into SpendMend’s software that handles the statement review.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos.
- Must have the ability to write simple correspondence.
- Must have the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Log into multiple systems daily to check for inbound statements
- Research in SpendMend software to determine how to handle inbound email.
- Handle email accordingly to maintain vendor relationships.
- Update SpendMend software and tracking based on your work.
- To communicate your results and any additional issues to your supervisor.
- To perform additional clerical duties within the Shared Services Department.
